At Balloons ASAP 757, every order is custom-designed and created specifically for your event. Because materials are purchased and production begins shortly after an order is placed, all sales are final.
 

1. No Refunds

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or credited. This includes cancellations due to:

• Changes of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Venue changes

• Weather

• Failure to pick up an order
   

2. Custom Orders

Each balloon arrangement is made specifically for your event. Custom colors, designs, personalized items, and specialty materials cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, refunds are not available.
 

3. Order Changes

Requests to modify an order will be accommodated whenever possible but are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for:

• Design changes

• Upgrades

• Last-minute requests
   

4. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup or delivery.

Once an order has been accepted, Balloons ASAP 757 is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Transportation

• Improper handling

• Weather conditions

• Pets

• Sharp objects

• Customer negligence

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or dispatched.
 

5. Outdoor Installations

Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight.

While we use professional techniques and high-quality materials, Balloons ASAP 757 cannot guarantee balloon longevity for outdoor installations or accept responsibility for weather-related damage.
