By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments
Pickup balloon items (centerpieces, columns, and garlands) require full payment at the time of ordering. Custom backdrop installations require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the booking date, with the remaining balance due before installation.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
Product Variations
Due to the custom nature of balloon décor, colors and designs may vary slightly.
Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for any orders or services. Full payment is required for pickup and delivery balloon orders. Backdrop installations require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve the event date, with the remaining balance due before installation.
Liability
Balloons ASAP 757 is not responsible for damage, loss, deflation, popping, shifting, discoloration, or deterioration of balloon décor after pickup, delivery, or installation.
Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by the customer, all responsibility for the care, handling, and condition of the décor transfers to the customer.
Balloon décor is sensitive to environmental conditions, including but not limited to heat, sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, sharp objects, pets, children, and transportation. Balloons ASAP 757 cannot guarantee the lifespan, float time, or performance of balloons once they leave our possession.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and suitable installation area. Balloons ASAP 757 is not responsible for damage to walls, ceilings, paint, flooring, furniture, fixtures, or other property resulting from installation methods approved by the customer.
No refunds, credits, replacements, or discounts will be issued for balloons or décor that become damaged, deflated, popped, moved, or otherwise altered after pickup, delivery, or installation.
Balloons ASAP 757 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
